Policy & Booking Conditions

Cancellation Policy: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 6 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 80% cancellation fee or 100 % fee for no-show. Cancellations can only be done online using our booking system. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.

Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, in the event of late arrival, the appointment duration will be adjusted accordingly, out of respect for the next scheduled client.

Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed through our booking system or by contacting the salon directly. Please note we do require debit/credit card details to secure the booking. Failure to confirm may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

Health and Safety: Clients are required to inform the salon of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the massage treatment. This ensures a safe and tailored experience.

Payment Policy: Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash and major debit/ credit cards. For packages or memberships, payment plans can be arranged. We require card details to secure the booking, however no pre-payment is taken from the card, payment is processed after completing the appointment.

Complaints: Clients who think that service provided by Balance Massage&Wellness is not satisfactory can terminate the massage session within 15 minutes from the start with no charge for the treatment. Refund requests will not be accepted after the completion of the treatment.

Invoices: Clients requiring invoice for private medical insurance claim are kindly requested to inform the therapist before completing the payment. Failure to do so might result in delay in issuing the invoice up to 7 days.

Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and certain treatments may require parental consent.

Pregnancy: Clients who are pregnant (12th week onwards) are kindly requested to book our Pregnancy Massage service . We are not able to provide any treatment before 12th week pregnancy.

Membership Benefits: Clients enrolled in our membership program enjoy exclusive benefits. Please inquire about the terms and conditions of our membership packages.

Feedback: We value client feedback. If there are any concerns or suggestions, please communicate with our staff to ensure we continually enhance your experience.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for purchase online and are subject to 1 year expiration date. Please check the terms and conditions on the certificate.

Promotions and Discounts: Special promotions and discounts may have specific terms. Please inquire about any ongoing offers when booking your appointment.

Shower Usage: A nominal fee of £10 is applicable for a 10-minute use of our shower facilities.

Deductible from Treatment Time: Alternatively, should you prefer to utilize the shower facilities without incurring an additional charge, you may opt to deduct the time spent in the shower from your scheduled treatment duration, free of charge. Advance Notice: Please inform your therapist before starting treatment if you wish to use the shower facilities so that appropriate arrangements can be made to accommodate your preferences seamlessly.


To ensure the smooth operation of our spa and accommodate all guests effectively, we kindly ask that clients limit their post-treatment stay in the therapy room to a maximum of 10 minutes.
